The finca is located in rural Felanitx in southeast Mallorca, offering complete privacy in a natural countryside setting. Within 10–15 minutes, guests can reach the villages of Felanitx, Porreres and Campos, offering local markets, restaurants and everyday amenities. Palma and the international airport are approximately 30–40 minutes away. The southeast coast is also easily accessible, with beaches such as Es Trenc around 20–25 minutes from the property. The area is ideal for combining countryside living with beach days and exploring authentic Mallorca.
