Building & Design
Historical building from 1350. Anold manor house & farm, so called“possesio” in Mallorquin. Importantin the local society and and giving nameto the area. The farm has a mix of influences and art pieces collected fromyears of travel. Historical Spain meetsNorthern Africa meets the American Westin a modern eclectic casual mix. A complete renovation of the building was made2019-2021.
Owner of the farm is Mats Wahlstrom. A Swiss based Swedish entrepreneur and hotelier. Opened the first lifestyle hotel in Mallorca 2004, Puro Hotel, and expand edits beach club concept, Purobeach, to 9 locations around Mediterranean and Middle East.
Food
The food concept is rich, healthy & fresh organic from thefarm or the neighbour hood, without compromising the quality. High quality meats and fish will be served in bowls on the table, farm style. Vegetables, salads and vegan options are always available with all meals. There will be a good selection of fruits, cakes & healthy snacks prepared between the meals. Drinks & self service bar is at your leisure 24h.

SUSTAINABILITY COMES IN DIFFERENT FORMS AT SON FUSTER:
- All electricity is generated through our own Solar Park.
- The pool is cleaned through a UV and salt filter.
- Technical installations and technology at the property are of the highest standards responding to the latest criteria for safety and energy saving.
- The property has its own organic vegetable garden, olive oil plantation and fruit orchard.
- Most of the furniture, fabrics and materials used are from 100% natural materials, woods, linens, wools and camelhair.
- Son Fuster purchases from local suppliers as much as possible without compromising the quality guests expect.
- All waste is separated at the property and the wet garbage is recycled in a bokashi compost.
- Rain water is collected and used for irrigation.
- Son Fuster has its own wastewater cleaning system; the recycled water is used for irrigation.
- All toiletries are 100% vegan and containers are refilled.
- Drinking water comes from a highly sophisticated filter system (alkaline & ultraviolet water system)
