The Property
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, offering approximately 600 sqm of living space on a private plot of nearly 2,000 sqm.
The interiors are bright with natural tones and large open spaces connecting seamlessly with the outdoor terraces and sea views throughout the house. Outside, multiple terraces and lounge areas surround the large 72 sqm saltwater pool, creating an ideal setting for long outdoor days and relaxed evenings overlooking the coastline. The villa also includes a private gym and sauna.

Villa Minerva is located above Port d’Andratx, one of Mallorca’s most exclusive harbour towns, known for its marina, waterfront restaurants and relaxed luxury atmosphere.
The area offers a more peaceful and refined side of Mallorca with beautiful coastal scenery, nearby beaches and easy access to golf, hiking and boating. Cala Llamp, Sant Elm and the Camp de Mar golf course are all within close reach, while Palma and the airport can be reached in approximately 35–40 minutes.
